Stock items may be returned within 30 days and a Restock fee of 15% may apply. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Brick Packaging will not accept returns on custom products or special order products.
All returned merchandise must be in sellable condition. Example: Cork bags must be unopened and crushed boxes and wet capsules will not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and must contact Brick Packaging before returning a product. If you have items that you would like to return, contact Brick Packaging for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned to Brick packaging without an RMA will not be accepted.
*Note: Brick Packaging can help you set up returns for large orders and can often apply discounted freight cost due to carrier relationships.
Please report damage to Brick Packaging immediately and do not refuse your shipment as additional fees may apply. Your customer service representative will initiate the claims process and work with you to replace the damaged product or issue credit as needed. It is very important to note damaged or missing products on the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt. Please also take photos of the damage before the driver leaves, if possible. Brick Packaging is not responsible for damaged items unless they are noted as damaged on the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt. If you have not inspected your items within 10 days and find concealed damage, your claim may not be honored. Do not dispose of damaged items until credit has been issued as the damaged product may need to be inspected.
